Pastor Kent & Denise Bell
Lead Pastors
Pastor Kent and Ms. Denise have pastored at Bethel Life since 1999. They were married in 1981 and have 4 adult children, 4 grandchildren and 2 spoiled puppies. They enjoy spending time together, family and friends, the outdoors and serving the community and church.
Pastor Kent served as the Children’s Pastor starting in 1999 and was hired as the Church Administrator in 2002, where he served until he became Senior Pastor in 2003. Pastor Kent is a big John Wayne fan, enjoys reading, hunting, his horses, and supporting our mission efforts.
Ms. Denise holds a Local Church Minister’s License and is the Founder and Director of Loving HANDS Ministry, our special needs outreach, inspired in part by their son, Jason, who has Angelman’s Syndrome, a chromosome abnormality. Ms. Denise enjoys warm weather and the beach, watching a good “who done it” movie and reading.

Jerry Bell
Pastor Jerry has been in ministry since he was 16 years old and has been a part of the IPHC church in Greenville and Bethel Life since 1976. Pastor Jerry and his wife Rose both actively serve in the church and enjoy spending time with their 6 children, 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren (at the point of writing this biography.)
Savannah Causey
Savannah has been a part of the ministry team at Bethel Life since 2021. Understanding the journey of recovery herself, she has a heart to help people and loves to share her experience, strength and hope with others. Along with her husband, Ronnie, and their son, Jaxson, she is active in many components of ministry from all things related to prevention and recovery, to Women's Ministries and Loving HANDS.
James Fleck
Pastor Jim has been on staff at Bethel Life since 2018. He has been blessed to have served in ministry with children, youth, and as Senior Pastor. He and his wife, Marcia, have been married for over 42 years. They have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Jim and Marcia love spending time with their family, especially their grandchildren.
Greg Terry
Pastor Greg has been active at Bethel Life since 2002 when he first came to minister as a traveling Evangelist. He relocated to Greenville in 2005 to serve the church and base his ministry here. He and his wife Holly, the Bethel Life Children's Pastor, have three kids and a dog. Greg is an avid golfer, hunter, streamer and an all around weird dude.
Holly Terry
Holly has been a part of Bethel Life for over 15 years and serves in the church alongside her husband Pastor Greg. They’ve been married 27 years and have three children by birth, Grace, Annie, and Adam, and one daughter by heart, Azzama. Holly loves being with her family and listening to worship music and bluegrass.
Staff Team
John Cullen Jr
Along with his mom, Elaine, Junior as he is best known, loves serving our church family and is active in many areas of ministry. He has been a part of Bethel Life since 2000 and a staff member since 2013. He enjoys church softball, concerts, and spending time with his "boys" at the Hope Center.
Amy Faler
Amy joined the Bethel Life staff in 2019. She and her husband, Lance, along with their two children, are all active members at the Hermitage Campus where Lance and Amy also serve on the worship team. She also enjoys food, vacations, decorating and binge watching TV series.
Kim Gilmore
Kim has been at Bethel Life since 2001 and on staff since 2003. She and her daughter have been very involved in the ministries here for many years, and Kim was a part of a mission trip to Quito, Ecuador in 2006. She enjoys carpentry, remodeling, puzzles and reading.
Rebekah Reynolds
Rebekah has served in ministry since 2006 and began attending Bethel Life in 2020 shortly after meeting her husband, Justin Reynolds. She loves solving sudoku puzzles, coaching volleyball, and sharing her heart for Jesus to anyone with a listening ear.
Kathy Robison
Kathy has been an active part of Bethel Life since 2010 and a staff member since 2016. She enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, Willow & Wren and loves caring for her pets (cats & dogs). Kathy also enjoys singing and sharing her heart of worship with others.
Salena Roy
Salena has been at Bethel Life has been on staff since 2013. She and her husband, Steven, have been married for 14 years and have a daughter Mia. Salena loves being a dance mom and attending all of her daughter’s activities. She also enjoys reading, drawing, and painting.
Chris Schneider
Chris has attended Bethel Life since 2003 and has been on staff since 2017. He met his wife, Chelsea, in Youth Group and they married in 2014 and have 2 beautiful daughters - Lexi and Layla. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children and also enjoys hunting and watching football.
LuAnn Schreckengosh
LuAnn has been at Bethel Life since 1999 and has been on staff since 2006. She and her husband, Rich, have been married for more than 40 years and have two adult children - Lauren & Nathan. LuAnn loves dark chocolate, gardening and refinishing antique furniture. Her newest love however is becoming a Gramma!
