Pastor Kent & Denise Bell
Senior Pastors
Pastor Kent and Ms. Denise have pastored at Bethel Life since 1999. They were married in 1981 and have 4 adult children, 4 grandchildren and spoiled Golden Doodle, Bailey. They enjoy spending time together, family and friends, the outdoors and serving the community and church.
Pastor Kent served as the Children’s Pastor starting in 1999 and was hired as the Church Administrator in 2002, where he served until he became Senior Pastor in 2003. Pastor Kent is a big John Wayne fan, enjoys reading, hunting, his horses, and supporting our mission efforts.
Ms. Denise holds a Local Church Minister’s License and is our Special Needs Pastor. Her passion is Loving HANDS, our special needs outreach, inspired in part by their son, Jason, who has Angelman’s Syndrome. Ms. Denise enjoys warm weather, going to the beach, a good “who done it” movie or book. She loves all things family and serving the extended family at Bethel Life.

Savannah Causey
RECOVERY PASTOR
Savannah has been a part of the ministry team at Bethel Life since 2021. Understanding the journey of recovery herself, she has a heart to help people and loves to share her experience, strength and hope with others. Along with her husband, Ronnie, and their son, Jaxson, she is active in many components of ministry from all things related to prevention and recovery, to Women’s Ministries and Loving HANDS.
John Cullen Jr.
MAINTANENCE/HOUSEKEEPING
Along with his mom, Elaine, Junior as he is best known, loves serving our church family and is active in many areas of ministry. He has been a part of Bethel Life since 2000 and a staff member since 2013. He enjoys church softball, concerts, and spending time with his “boys” at the Hope Center.
Amy Faler
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Amy joined the Bethel Life staff in 2019. She and her husband, Lance, along with their two children, all love being a part of Bethel Life where Lance and Amy also serve on the worship and tech teams. She also enjoys food, vacations, decorating and reading.
James Fleck
DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR
Pastor Jim has been on staff at Bethel Life since 2018. He has been blessed to have served in ministry with children, youth, and as Senior Pastor. He and his wife, Marcia, have been married for over 42 years. They have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Jim and Marcia love spending time with their family, especially their grandchildren.
Kim Gilmore
FACILITY MANAGER
Kim has been at Bethel Life since 2001 and on staff since 2003. She and her daughter have been very involved in the ministries here for many years, and Kim was a part of a mission trip to Quito, Ecuador in 2006. She enjoys carpentry, remodeling, puzzles and reading.

FAMILY PASTOR
Rachel Lang
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Rachel and her family have been attending Bethel Life since 2016. Her partner, Jason, and her have been together since 2003 and have 2 children, Jaelyn and Maddox, and 1 bulldog named Bruno. When she is not attending one of her kids’ sporting events she enjoys sewing, painting, bible journaling, gardening and spending time with her family.
Cassie Mattocks
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Cassie and her family have attended Bethel Life since 2023. Her and her husband Brian have an 11 year old son, Calen and their dog Trixie. Cassie is also on the Treehouse Preschool Staff at our Greenville Campus. When she isn’t watching Calen play one of his many sports, she enjoys reading, crafting and spending time with her family.
Kathy Robinson
MAINTENANCE/HOUSEKEEPING
Kathy has been an active part of Bethel Life since 2010 and a staff member since 2016. She enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, Willow & Wren and loves caring for her pets (cats & dogs). Kathy also enjoys singing and sharing her heart of worship with others.
Salena Roy
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY & PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR
Salena has been at Bethel Life has been on staff since 2013. She and her husband, Steven, have been married since 2006 and have a daughter Mia. Salena loves being a dance mom and attending all of her daughter’s activities. She also enjoys reading, drawing, and painting.
LuAnn Shreckengosh
CORPORATE TREASURER / BUSINESS ADMINSTRATOR
LuAnn has been at Bethel Life since 1999 and has been on staff since 2006. She and her husband, Rich, have been married for more than 40 years and have two adult children – Lauren & Nathan. LuAnn loves dark chocolate, gardening and refinishing antique furniture. Her newest love however is becoming a Gramma!
